Where have I been? Part one

I have been in the fire

I have been in the ice

I have been in his love

 and in his demise

I have been in pain

I have been in remorse

I have been in fear

I have been in anger

I have been in hate

I have been in confusion.

I have been in acceptance.

I have been there.

As some of you know... I lost a cousin last week to suicide and I have slowly been dealing with his demise. I believe that God is in control of all things, however I don't think that God is in control of weakness nor is he accountable for someone taking their life. This young man ( 47) as most people say   " He was the last person you'd think would EVER take his life"... <--- Although that's a cliche he fits the bill.. He was the type of person that ALWAYS always ALWAYS had a smile on his face and a joke in his pocket. He was full of laughter, joy and warmth. I just wanted to say that I forgive you for leaving us.. I still love you and... God I ask that you to be with him on his newfound journey. Amen.

You never know what is on a person's mind or heart. If you are a friend, be a friend...If you are a sister, be a sister...If you are a brother, a mother, a father, a cousin, an acquaintance, a boss, a coworker, a neighbor... Be that. Please. Can you do that for me? Can you promise me that no matter the situation in your life... Could you look out for someone else? That way we are all taken care of... Can you lend a helping hand, ear, shoulder, soul?!?!Some people say that you can't save everyone, but if you try... You might succeed.
